Portland Clean Energy Fund – Climate Investment Plan Open House on March 18th.Join PCEF for an in-person open house on March 18th at CORE food hall on Powell and SE 82nd to review draft plans for the Climate Investment Plan.Drop-in any time between 1 and 4p.m. This event is designed for community members to have a say on the draft goals and strategies to address climate change. It is also an opportunity to connect with others while creating environmentally conscious crafts and enjoying some food. Hang out with your friends or make it a play date!
